Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are to be 20 minutes in length with. There will be an additional Q&A period at the end of the session, following all of the talks in that session. There will be one projector and laptop for use in the room. Presenters are advised to send their PowerPoint or PDF talks to Elaine Dobinson by May 19th for pre-loading; otherwise they may bring their talk on a memory stick to load on our laptop prior to their session so as not to have any time lag for loading presentations during the sessions. Please do not rely on internet connectivity for your presentation.

Poster Presentations
The hotel provides standard easels. We have secured 15 gator boards 30’’ X 40” plus tape available for your use, one board per person. You will be able to put up your posters during the afternoon break on Tuesday for the reception Tuesday evening, and take them down following the session.
